Casa Ochoa Events rents a video guestbook: a white phone booth with a vintage-style phone. We bring it to quinceañeras, weddings, baby and bridal showers, birthdays, graduations and corporate events across the Houston area.
Basic is $275 and Deluxe is $400. Both run 4 hours. After your event you get every message, plus a highlight video, on your own private video page within 3 to 5 business days.
We're based in Crosby, on the east side of Houston. Travel is free within 25 miles of Crosby, $50 for 25 to 40 miles, $100 for 40 to 60 miles, farther by quote. One travel fee per event.

Video guestbook or audio guestbook?
An audio guestbook is a phone that records voice messages. Our video guestbook works the same way: guests pick up the phone, hear your greeting and talk. It also records their faces, so you see the smiles, the happy tears and abuela waving at the camera.
You get every message as a video with sound, so you can watch it, just listen to it, download it or share it with family who couldn't make it.

What is a video guestbook?
A glowing white booth with a vintage-style phone inside. Guests pick up the handset, hear a short greeting from the guest of honor, and leave you a video message.
Who records the greeting?
The quinceañera, the couple or the guest of honor records it at the event, right before guests start leaving messages.
How do I get my videos?
You get your own private video page with every message within 3 to 5 business days after your event. It stays open for at least a year, so you can come back anytime to watch or download them.
How long is the rental?
Both guestbook packages run 4 hours. Each extra hour is $50.
How do I reserve my date?
A $100 deposit reserves your date for the video guestbook.
Will someone be there to help guests?
The Deluxe package includes an on-site attendant. You can add one to Basic for $50, and the bundle adds one free with Basic.
What colors can the arches be?
Arch covers come in white, black, pink or blue. The floral arrangements are white, and we can add color to match your theme.
